"Sizing felt really inconsistent"
I ordered two shirts in the same size, but they fit completely differently. One was a little too tight, and the other felt way too big. The quality seemed decent enough, but the sizing makes me really hesitant to order again. For the price, I just felt disappointed.

"Honestly relieved by how easy the refund was"

"Looked cooler in the photos"
I was excited when I ordered this tee from postmaloneshop.com because the design reminded me of that feeling you get after a really good show or hearing a favorite song at the right moment. When it arrived, it looked cool at first, but the quality was a letdown. The fabric feels thin, and after just one wash the print already started looking a little faded. The fit was okay, not terrible, but not something I’d reach for all the time. For the price, I just expected it to feel better. It’s not the worst shirt I’ve bought, but I don’t think I’d order another one

I ordered a hoodie from postmaloneshop.com, but somehow they sent me a completely different shirt instead. It wasn’t even the right size or design, so... I’m not sure how that mix-up even happened.
I emailed them with photos and waited a while for a reply, but the response didn’t really solve anything. It’s frustrating when you pay for one item and end up with something totally different

"Pretty comfy everyday hoodie"
I’ve been wearing this hoodie a bit and I’m happy with it. The material feels soft and comfortable, though it’s a little thinner than I expected. Still a nice, easy hoodie for casual wear.

"Rough-looking box, but the shirt was okay"
When the package showed up, I got a little worried because the box looked like it had been through a lot. It was crushed and beat up, so I opened it expecting the worst. Luckily, the shirt inside was totally fine, which was a relief. Packaging could definitely be better, but the actual shirt arrived okay.

The site was easy to use overall, and I found what I needed quickly. Checkout was simple too, so that part was nice. I will say, though, a few things felt a little annoying and kept popping up more than I wanted. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did get a bit repetitive. Still, I got through everything without much trouble

"Exchange worked out, but the waiting was annoying"
I ordered a hoodie and ended up needing a bigger size, so I had to do an exchange. The process did work in the end, but it felt slower than it should’ve been. I also had to wait in a queue for help, which was frustrating, and the updates along the way weren’t great. I did eventually get the new hoodie, so it wasn’t a total disaster, just kind of a hassle

I ordered a hoodie from postmaloneshop.com kind of on a whim, and my first reaction was, “Wait, that shipped already?” I got the tracking email after about a day, and it showed up roughly a week later. Not insanely fast or anything, but definitely quicker than I expected. The package came in good shape too. I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping updates could’ve been a little more clear, but overall I was happy with it.

I did get my order in the end, so that part was fine. The only thing is that support was a little slow to reply, and their first answer wasn’t super clear. They did eventually answer my question, but it felt like the communication could’ve been more “helpful” from the start. Not a terrible experience, just something that could be improved.

"Checkout felt more frustrating than it needed to"
I was just trying to grab a hoodie, but the checkout process was kind of a hassle. The page kept loading, then my card got declined once even though there wasn’t anything wrong with it, which made me think the site was glitching. I also didn’t love that the shipping cost only showed up later in the process. I did manage to place the order in the end, but it felt way less smooth than it should have.

"Can anything stay in stock for five minutes?"
The site itself is fine, but wow, so many sizes were already sold out when I looked. I found one shirt I actually liked, but I was hoping to have more than one option, you know? It’s kind of frustrating when you finally find something decent and then every normal size is gone. Hopefully they restock faster next time because I’d actually buy more if there was anything left to buy.

"Print started cracking way too fast"
I ordered a shirt from postmaloneshop.com and, at first, I was happy with it. The shirt looked good when it showed up, and the design was basically the whole reason I bought it.
After maybe two washes, though, the print already started cracking and fading. I washed it inside out like I usually do with graphic tees, so I’m assuming it’s just one of those prints that looks fine at first but doesn’t really hold up.
The actual shirt feels okay, but when the design starts going bad that quickly, it kind of defeats the purpose. For the price, I expected it to last longer, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

My preorder took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I got updates along the way, so I wasn’t totally in the dark, and it showed up fine in the end. Kinda wish the date had been more clear from the start tho, but overall it was okay...

I ordered a hoodie and it arrived exactly when they said it would, which I really appreciated. The tracking updated properly along the way, so I could see when it was getting close. No issues with the delivery at all, and the package looked fine when it got here. Happy with the whole thing.
